Dane Dunning goes Swinging for Impact on Rangers Today Baseball Podcast
DUNCANVILLE — Dane Dunning is on a bit of a roll.
He’s 8-1 with a 2.61 ERA, has won each of his past four decisions, hasn’t allowed more than four runs in any outing this season, and his team, the Rangers, is in first place.
He’s a new dad, too, and that trumps all of his other accomplishments. He also has a charity event coming, Swinging for Impact on July 16 at the Top Golf location in The Colony.
Dunning will be joined by emcee Jared Sandler and other teammates. The final list will be revealed next week. Proceeds from the event go to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Click here for more information.
Dunning talks about his involvement with the MS Society and also talks about his banner season. He was just coming off a near-complete game when this episode was recorded.
