    Tks for the update on the minor league guys. Appreciate the information on Englert and the changes he is working on to improve. It is difficult at times to see minor pitching results and not being able to understand what a pitcher is working on at the time. I have concerns about the numbers for Leiter and Winn but have to trust they are being pushed to make changes for the long term not to necessarily produce wins today.
