Rangers Opening Day roster projection 1.0: Where’s Wyatt?

(Texas Rangers/Bailey Orr)

Opening Day is four weeks away, and March 28 is going to come quickly.

The Rangers still have 69 players on their spring roster. Fans are hoping for one more, from the Boras Four, which is down to three.

Don’t hold your breath.

When spring training ends, the Rangers are going to look a lot like they did for much of last season. That includes in the rotation.

While the rotation is the biggest issue for every team, the Rangers also have to decide if Wyatt Langford will be on the Opening Day roster and if Corey Seager will be healthy enough to play against the Cubs in the 2024 lid-lifter.
