SURPRISE, Ariz. — Unlike previous years, the Rangers did not announce a bevy of roster decisions on their final day of spring training.

Too many uncertainties, including injuries and opt-out clauses, remain for the Rangers to set their 26-man Opening Day roster. The final moves could linger until Tuesday after the Rangers’ home exhibition game against the Red Sox.

Two of those uncertainties are shortstop Corey Seager and third baseman Josh Jung, though Saturday provided a little more clarity.

They played in a Cactus League game for the first time this spring.
