Rangers notes: Max Scherzer in line to start Game 3 of ALCS. What about Jon Gray?

HOUSTON — Right-hander Max Scherzer was available out of the Rangers bullpen Sunday night for Game 1 of the American League Championship Series, but manager Bruce Bochy wanted to stay away from three-time Cy Young winner.
He appears to be in line to start Wednesday night in Game 3 at Globe Life Field.
Bochy didn’t set that in stone, but “there’s a good chance, yeah.”
